<p><strong>Position: Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duration: 12 Months Contract</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: AICC Division</strong></p>
<p><strong>Closing Date: 28 March 2025</strong></p>

<p><strong>Job purpose: The objective of the programme is to provide unemployed youth with opportunities that will give them workplace experience in their field of study Selection.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Criteria</strong></p>
<p><strong>Bachelor of Commerce Qualification</strong></p>
<p><strong>Studying towards CIMA professional qualification</strong></p>
<p><strong>NSFAS funding recipient</strong></p>
<p><strong>Age between 18 and 35</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be unemployed with no or limited work experience</strong></p>
<p><strong>Comply with definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 as amended by Act 46 of 2013 Displayed</strong></p>

<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>
<p><strong>Computer Literate</strong></p>
<p><strong>Good interpersonal skills and self-driven</strong></p>
<p><strong>Good oral and written communication skills</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ability to work under pressure</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be able to work in a team and/or independently</strong></p>
