Position: 2025 E-Waste Management Learnership Programme
Salary: A monthly stipend
Duration: 12 months contract

Vodacom’s e-waste Management Learnership Programme is aimed at young, unemployed individuals who are passionate about the environment and eager to gain valuable skills in e-waste recycling.

Programme overview
The learnership programme offers a unique opportunity to work with an e-waste company in Gauteng, where you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from industry professionals. This programme aims to develop your technical and soft skills, preparing you for a successful career in e-waste management.
Requirements
To be considered for this learnership programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science.
Must be from a disadvantaged background (focus will be on Quintile 1-3 schools)
Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational programme.
Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid ID.
Residency: Reside in Gauteng Province (proof of residence required).
Skills: Basic computer literacy and good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Attributes: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment
