The role will ensure that the on-board service delivered to customers complies with the touch-point standards&comma; service procedures and duties defined for the aircraft type operated and ensure the uncompromised excellent customer experience throughout the pairing&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The role will effectively perform this function by following through on instructions by the SCCM on all aircrafts&period; Further&comma; the Cabin Crew member will effectively resolve all conflict and disputes for customers on all flights&period; The role will assist in promoting the Corporate Brand&comma; protecting the company’s goodwill and ensuring the Company’s image is upheld&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Lastly&comma; the Cabin Crew member will adhere to standard operating procedures and are accountable to the Purser on all aircraft&period; The role will report all non-compliances to company standards to the Purser and or Commander&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Demonstrates an understanding of the Inflight Services strategy and plan relevant to own work outputs<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Implements strategy within area of responsibility&sol; own area of work<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Provides recommendations to support the implementation of the Inflight Operations strategy and plan<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Contributes to the budget management and containment of costs on-board<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Provides recommendations on profitability<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensures correct application of processes and systems in area of responsibility<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Utilises resources in area of responsibility&sol; flight deck crew&comma; Purser and cabin crew<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Assists in maintaining crew well-being<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Compliance with the relevant company policies&comma; Experience<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Grade 12<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>SACAA Licenced Crew Member<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be Boeing 737&sol;738 qualified or previously qualified &lpar;evidence thereof to be attached with this application&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Other requirements&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Fluency in English is essential<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be able to swim<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>A weight proportional to height&comma;
