Job Description
Assisting the Chefs with the cooking and preparation of general and special diet meals for patients, doctors and staff
Assisting with dishing up and presentation of meals
General Housekeeping duties in the kitchen
Training and coaching of subordinates
Keep preparation area clean and tidy at all times
Job Requirements
Grade 12
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience as a Food Services Assistant
Availability to work extra hours
Honesty and integrity
Ability to utilise Kitchen machines / instruments (e.g. scales)
