<p><strong>Purpose: To provide a professional reception service in welcoming CCMA visitors and directing them to the correct Departments in order for them to conduct their business efficiently. To respond to internal and external calls, take messages and channel calls to the appropriate persons. </strong></p>
<p><strong><u>Key Performance Areas</u>: –</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Reception &; Switchboard Management</strong></li>
<li><strong>General Office Administration.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Key Requirements</u>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Grade 12.</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 – 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator in a professional/corporate environment.</strong></li>
