Programme Overview
The Duja In-Service Training (18 months) is open to qualified candidates with N6 certificates in one of the following areas:
• Financial Management
• Business Management
• Human Resources Management
• Marketing Management
• Management Assistant
This hands-on training placement enables learners to develop essential workplace skills, gain verified work experience in a business environment, and work toward their N-Diploma — a nationally recognised qualification that enhances your CV and employability.
Stipend Support
Participants receive a monthly stipend starting from R3 500 while they complete the programme. This financial support is designed to help cover basic living costs while learning on the job.
Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Completed an N6 qualification (from a public TVET college) in any of the listed fields
• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate (minimum)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Fluent in English
• Between 18 and 34 years old
• South African citizen
