iLearn is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its latest Learnership Programme aimed at providing practical workplace skills and nationally recognised training in logistics, supply chain, and administration-related fields. iLearn is a national accredited learning solutions provider that works with organisations to develop skills through structured learning programmes.
This opportunity is ideal for young people who have completed Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 or Grade 12 and want to gain work experience while earning a monthly stipend. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend which is between R3500 to R5 700 during the learnership period while developing industry-relevant skills.
Location: Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN and Eastern Cape.
Learnership Departments / Fields
Participants may be placed in various operational and administrative roles depending on the company’s needs, including:
• Logistics Assistant
• Inventory / Stock Clerk
• Warehouse Controller
• Dispatch & Receiving Assistant
• Transportation Coordinator
• Supply Chain Assistant
• Junior Administrator
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the iLearn Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 or Grade 12 (Matric)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Unemployed South African youth
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Interest in logistics, administration, or supply chain operations
