<h3>iLearn Learnership Programme 2026 (Logistics &; Administration) – Stipend R5 700</h3>
<p>iLearn is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its latest Learnership Programme aimed at providing practical workplace skills and nationally recognised training in logistics, supply chain, and administration-related fields. iLearn is a national accredited learning solutions provider that works with organisations to develop skills through structured learning programmes.<br />
This opportunity is ideal for young people who have completed Grade 11 or Grade 12 and want to gain work experience while earning a monthly stipend. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of R5 700 during the learnership period while developing industry-relevant skills.<br />
Learnership Departments / Fields<br />
Participants may be placed in various operational and administrative roles depending on the company’s needs, including:<br />
• Logistics Assistant<br />
• Inventory / Stock Clerk<br />
• Warehouse Controller<br />
• Dispatch &; Receiving Assistant<br />
• Transportation Coordinator<br />
• Supply Chain Assistant<br />
• Junior Administrator<br />
Minimum Requirements<br />
To qualify for the iLearn Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:<br />
• Grade 11 or Grade 12 (Matric)<br />
• Must be 18 years or older<br />
• Unemployed South African youth<br />
• Good communication skills<br />
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment<br />
• Interest in logistics, administration, or supply chain operations<br />
