<li>Submit patient files to the <strong>Medical Records Department</strong></li>
<li>Capture and maintain accurate patient information</li>
<li>Record and manage <strong>downtime data in line with Circular 11 of 2014</strong></li>
<li>Assist with compiling departmental statistics when required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer Service</h3>
<ul>
<li>Respond to enquiries from patients and members of the public</li>
<li>Provide professional service in line with the <strong>Batho Pele Principles</strong></li>
<li>Assist with patient-related administrative tasks</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compliance and Teamwork</h3>
<ul>
<li>Follow hospital policies and internal control procedures</li>
<li>Work in accordance with <strong>Auditor General requirements and the Ideal Hospital Framework</strong></li>
<li>Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required</li>
