Duties and Responsibilities

The General Worker: Loader will be responsible for loading and offloading bread according to company standard operating procedures.

Key duties include:

• Loading and offloading bread according to SOPs
• Following the correct loading and offloading sequence
• Counting and balancing trays in trucks
• Ensuring quality bread is loaded and offloaded
• Applying correct FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation
• Reporting loading and offloading matters to supervisors
• Attending daily communication meetings
• Following company policies and procedures

Accuracy is important in this role, particularly when counting trays, balancing stock and ensuring that the correct products are loaded.
