To perform the frontline functions of reception and switchboard and co-ordinates the availability of meeting rooms to meet internal client requirements to ensure an efficient and well-functioning reception&period;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"dynamic-card">&NewLine;<div>&NewLine;<div>Responsibilities&colon;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Coordinate and conduct all frontline reception activities &lpar;managing visitors&comma; maintaining an inviting space etc&period;&rpar; for the rendering of efficient reception services&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Receive and respond to office correspondence &lpar;direct internal and external calls&semi; divert departmental absences etc&period;&rpar; and manage switchboard appropriately&comma; for the accurate routing of correspondence&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Maintain and effect all updates and changes to the internal telephone directory for the corporate office&comma; to ensure records reflect changes accordingly&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Manage electronic meeting-room requisitions and address conflicts appropriately and monitor the supply of equipment and refreshments as requested&comma; for the efficient processing of meeting-room bookings and requirements&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"dynamic-card">&NewLine;<div>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Perform routine administrative tasks e&period;g&period;&comma; petty cash requisitions&comma; stationery orders etc&period; and keep records of financial expenditures&comma; to maintain a functional office environment&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist with organizing and coordinating departmental functions&comma; events and meetings to ensure adequate planning and minimize ambiguity&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Execute and monitor that all documentation is recorded and stored according to ISO standards and the SHEQ practices are being adhered to ensure a safe and healthy working environment&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Contain expenditure within the budget guidelines to ensure that funds are optimally utilized in service delivery&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist staff with any requests or queries related to the daily operation of the corporate office for quality customer service&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Manage the development and implementation of a personal learning and growth plan to ensure continued development&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"dynamic-card">&NewLine;<h5><b>Minimum requirements<&sol;b><&sol;h5>&NewLine;<div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Minimum Qualifications&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Matric<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Minimum Experience&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>2 &&num;8211&semi;
