<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Performs specific task associated with buildings, related repair, construction, and maintenance type work (e.g., building of walls, plastering, skimming of floors and roofs, construction of manholes etc.)</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Co-ordinates activities associated with the construction and installations of small structures.</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Supervision/monitoring and controlling work procedures /performance.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Grade 11 or equivalent N2 level certificate</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Trade Certificate</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Special Workman Proficiency certificate</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Code EB driver’s license with PrDP</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; Communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.</strong><br />
<strong>&#8211; 1-2 years relevant experience.</strong></p>
