<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>• Grade 12</strong><br />
<strong>• 2 years’ experience.</strong><br />
<strong>• Computer Literacy/SAP and Maximo Knowledge</strong><br />
<strong>• Proven customer service orientation</strong></p>
<p><strong>Primary Duties</strong></p>
<p><strong>• Control receiving/sales of meal coupons.</strong><br />
<strong>• Prepare a correct monthly reconciliation of meal coupons monthly.</strong><br />
<strong>• Manage bookings of daily meals and keep a record.</strong><br />
<strong>• Complete all timesheets, and time registers.</strong><br />
<strong>• Complete/send all staff HR-related forms and send them to HR.</strong><br />
<strong>• Filing of all section documents</strong><br />
<strong>• Receipting of invoices</strong></p>
