<p><strong>We are searching for a dedicated HR Officer who embodies logical reasoning, consistency, and a deep understanding of the nuances of human resources.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The successful incumbent should possess strong analytical and objective reasoning to assess and handle employee queries. <p><strong>This position will provide support on various general human resources functions within the department.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The successful candidate will also assist line managers with basic and general human resources queries and provide guidance on best practices.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<p><strong>Analysis</strong></p>
<p><strong>Monitor and analyse the attendance of the sales environment; Provide daily feedback to line managers; Ensure that line managers are addressing the attendance concerns in line with company policy and best practice; provide feedback to HR Business Partners for further interventions.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Monitor Work Performance of agents on a weekly basis; raise concerns to HR Business Partners; assist with the Performance Improvement Programme Mediation Sessions between the line manager and agent.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Monitor Work Performance of support staff – assist with performance appraisal</strong></p>
<p><strong>Monitoring of attrition to identify trends and patterns</strong></p>
<p><strong> Administration</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist line managers by reviewing warnings; make suggestions on changes to be made on the warnings.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist HR Business Partners with disciplinary notices for desertion hearings; setup and attend Desertion Hearings; communicate outcome of hearing to relevant parties.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Conduct exit interviews</strong></p>
<p><strong>Update attrition report; analyse data and provide HR business partners with feedback;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ensure that all documents are timeously scanned and uploaded onto PaySpace</strong></p>
<p><strong>Drafting of Job Descriptions for new roles and ensuring current Job Descriptions are updated</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist HRBP in CCMA preparation</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide support to sales managers, department line managers and team leaders</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Provide ongoing support on general HR aspects, in line with company policies and procedures, and HR best practices.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Promote employee wellbeing and professionalism.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Induction/On Boarding</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Act as a facilitator for induction and orientation of new employees</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sign off on policies and Contracts for all new employees</strong></p>
<p><strong>Onboarding of support staff including sign off on policies and contracts</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements :</strong></p>
<p><strong>Matric with a Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management is required</strong></p>
<p><strong>At least 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role ideally within a call center environment</strong></p>
<p><strong>Solid understanding of Labour legislations &#8211; BCEA, LRA, EEA</strong></p>
<p><strong>Proficient on MS Office </strong></p>
