despatch and delivery&comma; to ensure customer satisfaction for the Nando’s Grocery business&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Qualification and Experience&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum qualifications at post senior school level<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a supply chain role&comma; but ideally within logistics function of a multi-national business<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing&comma; local and global logistics<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Previous experience of ERP systems<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Proficient and confident in Microsoft Office applications&comma; produced in a timely manner&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Communicate with freight suppliers via our 3rd Part Logistics companies to always ensure prompt despatch and delivery of shipments&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assist Customer co-ordinator in investigating issues related to dispatched orders&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide support for the Customer Supply Chain team in communicating with customers on delayed shipments&comma; prioritisation of despatch and proactivity&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>In conjunction with the Customer Supply Chain team&comma; act as day-to-day point of contact for 3rd Party Logistics and 3rd Party Manufacturer queries&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Plan and prioritise tasks to ensure the efficient operation&comma; and continuously improve productivity&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain and share various weekly and monthly updates with 3PL’s&comma; markets and internal to NGI<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assist with clerical tasks and sharing of information related to audit requirements&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Working closely with the Customer coordinator to ensure the Credit Note process is managed efficiently<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support the monthly collation of market orders&comma;
