changes&comma; transfers or leavers in a timely and compliant manner&comma; supporting the team to process monthly payroll preparation&semi; this includes liaising with the wider People team to validate correct data input and improve the process where needed through constructive feedback<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Review and adapt admin systems and processes as appropriate&comma; to meet changing circumstances and to ensure availability and accuracy of HR Management Information to meet business requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Control System Access<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support the team to maintain contract templates&comma; ensuring latest versions are stored correctly for use <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support and process collation of all regular reports required by business area and&sol;or location as required<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support the annual pay review process with the business&comma; Reward and wider People teams<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support the senior People Team members with identifying and implementing projects and initiatives<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Drive continuous improvement in People processes and embed team spirit and close collaboration between customer facing colleagues and the wider People Operations teams&comma;
