such as the Stellenbosch Business School and the School for Public Leadership&period; <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>This role requires a professional&comma; friendly and organised individual who will create a welcoming environment for all visitors&comma; managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately&comma; and performing administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>This position is on-site only&comma; located at the Bellville Park Campus of Stellenbosch University&comma; Carl Cronjé Drive&comma; Bellville&comma; Western Cape&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The incumbent should be willing to work shifts&comma; which would include some Saturdays when required by the business&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>This appointment will work the late shift&comma; which is 08h30 &&num;8211&semi; 17h00 but could be required to take the early shift &lpar;07h00 -15h30&rpar; should the need arise&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Saturday shifts would normally be 07h00 &&num;8211&semi; 12h00 when there are student groups on campus&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Duties<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Client service and image<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Receiving clients and visitors in a professional manner&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Effectively managing access control and monitoring the entrance&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Effectively managing enquiries&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Providing basic and accurate information&comma; e&period;g&period; knowledge of programme information&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Correctly referring and directing clients to the appropriate person &sol; venue&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Presentability and cleanliness of person and ensuring that the reception area is tidy and presentable&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Accurately and quickly responding to messages received&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Being aware of all happenings on campus&comma;
