<p style="font-weight: 500;">Raumix Aggregates (Pty) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Raubex Group seeks to fill the abovementioned post with a highly motivated &; result oriented individual,<span> </span>to oversee and manage the Company’s Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Department.<span> </span>The role will be based at the Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng. The SHEQ Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the Company complies with all Safety related statutory requirements and DMRE engagements.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 500;">MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p>

<ul>
<li> <em>Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.</em></li>
<li> <em>A relevant bachelor’s degree would be highly beneficial</em></li>
<li> <em>Safety Qualification (COMSOC 1 and 2 or related</em></li>
<li><em>Registration with a SA professional Health and Safety institution would be highly beneficial</em></li>
<li><em>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SHEQ environment</em></li>
<li><em>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management with specific experience in running a safety program</em></li>
<li> <span> </span><em>Extensive knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act</em></li>
<li> <span> </span><em>Extensive knowledge and experience in the mining industry (open cast)</em></li>
</ul>

<li><em>Must be able to conduct the following:</em></li>
</ul>
<p>o <span> </span><em>HIRA</em></p>
<p>o <span> </span><em>Incident and Accident investigation</em></p>
<p>o <span> </span><em>Inspections and audits</em></p>
<ul>
<li> <span> </span><em>Computer literate in 365 expert level</em></li>
<li> <em>Ability to work unsupervised</em></li>
<li> <span> </span><em>Extensive travelling to remote areas</em></li>
<li> <em>Medically fit as per MHSA</em></li>
<li> <em>No criminal record</em></li>
<li> <em>Valid driver’s license</em></li>
</ul>
