Experience<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Completed Senior certificate &lpar;Grade 12&rpar; or equivalent&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must be a South African citizen&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must be aligned to the EE requirement of the Programme&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must be available and committed to work full time for 12 months&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Individual should have an avid interest in the Transport and Logistics industry&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must be unemployed&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must not be enrolled in any academic studies for 2025 or be studying during the Programme&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must not have participated in the YES Programme before with any company&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Be committed to a fixed 12 months YES &lpar;Youth Employment Services&rpar; Programme which will comprise of 25 modules of theoretical and practical components&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• All modules will be completed on the YES Platform and a portfolio of evidence to be completed and submitted upon completion of the Programme&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Skills &amp&semi;
