you will be responsible for the execution of work management&comma; inspections and observations in a safe and sustainable manner&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Other key responsibilities include&comma; but aren’t limited to&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Supervisory of Artisans&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Coordination of Scheduled Maintenance and ensuring that daily &sol; weekly &sol; monthly &sol; 6 monthly and Yearly inspections are conducted&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Will focus on Shaft&comma; Shaft repair&comma; Project Planning and Work Execution&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Ensure that all Statutory Inspection and Maintenance is executed on the Shaft&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Execute the planned jobs according to priorities&comma; the availability of equipment and in accordance with Company’s work management practices&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Plan and organize maintenance jobs safely and within an approved budget&period; &period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>ABOUT YOU&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Must have a minimum of 4 years&&num;8217&semi; experience in a shaft environment&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Knowledge of Shaft and Conveyance Maintenance is essential&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• In depth knowledge of relevant mines Code of practice essential&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Experience with shaft structures and systems is essential&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Experience with winding ropes&comma; attachments&comma; conveyances and related structures is essential&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Experience with Slings&comma; lifting equipment and other lifting tackles is essential&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Qualifications for this role are&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>• Grade 12 with Mathematics &amp&semi;
