<p><strong>Key Performance Areas </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Approval of Invoices</strong></li>
<li><strong>Approval of Recons</strong></li>
<li><strong>(Internal Queries) Rejection and Recons Assist to Utilities Creditors Clerks</strong></li>
<li><strong>Follow up on outstanding invoices timeously with Utilities Creditors Clerks.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Running of Payment Proposal and final Payment</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensure all recons are in time for payment proposal and saved accurately.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensure timeous payments of all creditors according to stipulated deadlines.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Responsible for utility master data changes. E.g. Bank details, Supplier details and ref number.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Meeting customer’s service expectations as per the SLA</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensure data integrity and accurate management of all creditor’s accounts</strong></li>
<li><strong>Keeping abreast with accounting principles, legislation, banking requirements and ensure compliance with company policies &; procedures</strong></li>
<li><strong>Management of Utilities mailbox</strong></li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Accounting or Finance diploma</strong></li>
<li><strong>Matric (Senior Certificate)/Grade 12</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience </strong></p>

<li><strong>3-4 years Creditors or Senior Creditors experience</strong></li>
<li><strong>Sound knowledge of accounting practice, good planning and organizing skill</strong></li>
<li><strong>MS Word, MS Excel &; MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level) SAP Knowledge</strong></li>
</ul>
