<h2>Human Resource Assistant&sol; Reception Reliever<strong><&sol;strong><&sol;h2>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Purpose of the role&colon; <&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;We are looking for an HR Assistant to support out Human Resources department as well as full time reliever for the Head Office Receptionist&period; You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related&comma; receptionist queries from employees and external partners&period;Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records&comma; managing HR documents &lpar;e&period;g&period; employment contracts and onboarding guides&rpar; and updating internal databases&period; Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner&period;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div>General Administration&colon;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Providing customer service to Finbond employees<br &sol;>&NewLine;Organize and maintain personnel records<br &sol;>&NewLine;Prepare Department of Labour documents and letters and service certificates<br &sol;>&NewLine;Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information&lpar;e&period;g&period; new appointments&comma; movements and terminations&rpar;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Capturing if IOD cases and the Department of Labours&&num;8217&semi;s system<br &sol;>&NewLine;Responsible to order and manger the induction packs<br &sol;>&NewLine;Answer employee queries about HR Related matters<br &sol;>&NewLine;Carry out confirmations of employment&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div>Recruitment &amp&semi; Selection<br &sol;>&NewLine;Posting of job adverts and organizing resumes and job applications<br &sol;>&NewLine;Scheduling of job interviews and assisting in the interview process<br &sol;>&NewLine;Ensuring background and reference checks are completed<br &sol;>&NewLine;Preparation of new employee files<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div>Reception Duties<br &sol;>&NewLine;Provide information regarding products or services of the company<br &sol;>&NewLine;Schedule&comma; reschedule and cancel appointments<br &sol;>&NewLine;Provide information to callers over the telephone&comma; answer telephones calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person<br &sol;>&NewLine;Assist visitors in filling out forms<br &sol;>&NewLine;Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties<br &sol;>&NewLine;Perform data entry and filing activities as and when required<br &sol;>&NewLine;Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Qualifications&colon; <&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;HR related qualification<br &sol;>&NewLine;An Office Administration qualification will be advantageous<strong><&sol;strong><&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Experience&colon; <&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;1-2 year&&num;8217&semi;s similar administrative or receptionist role will be advantageous<strong><&sol;strong><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Knowledge and Skills&colon; <&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;Presentable&comma; friendly and energetic<br &sol;>&NewLine;Organized&comma; responsible and proactive<br &sol;>&NewLine;Computer literate &lpar;MS Outlook&comma; Word and Excel&rpar;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills<br &sol;>&NewLine;Willingness to learn and to grow with the company<strong><&sol;strong><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><strong>Additional Requirements&colon; <&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;Proven work experience as an HR Assistant coupled with Reception experience<br &sol;>&NewLine;Experience with HR software&comma; like Sag VIP<br &sol;>&NewLine;Computer literacy &lpar;MS Office applications in particular&rpar;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Thorough knowledge of labour laws<br &sol;>&NewLine;Excellent organizational skills&comma; with an ability to prioritize important projects<br &sol;>&NewLine;Strong phone&comma; email and in person communication skills<br &sol;>&NewLine;The successful candidate will be required to be a full-time reliever for our current Receptionist<br &sol;>&NewLine;Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><a class&equals;"maxbutton-1 maxbutton" href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;finbondmutualbank&period;co&period;za&sol;Vacancies&sol;job&sol;2211&sol;human-resource-assistant-reception-reliever-at-head-office&sol;"><span class&equals;'mb-text'>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<&sol;span><&sol;a><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;<div><&sol;div>&NewLine;
