<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Matric</strong></li>
<li><strong>Secretarial (Cert Adm) / Secretarial (Dip Adm) or similar</strong></li>
<li><strong>NQF Leve 4-6 : Further Education and Training Certificate or equivalent</strong></li>
<li><strong>5 &#8211; 8 years&#8217; experience in a similar environment</strong></li>
<li><strong>Driver&#8217;s License</strong></li>
<li><strong>Good interpersonal relations skills</strong></li>

<li><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Perform secretarial, clerical and other administrative tasks in support of the Head of Department</strong></li>
<li><strong>Implement governance and risk management to ensure high level of governance in the office of the HoD and that work adhere to compliance and minimise risk</strong></li>
<li><strong>Perform financial processes to ensure compliance with the MFMA and prevent financial losses</strong></li>
<li><strong>Coordinate the activities with the office of the HoD to ensure that customer services goals and objectives set by Council and the HoD are met and to contribute to a culture that treats people well, builds rewarding relationships and enable exceptional customer service and ethical conduct</strong></li>
