<p><strong>Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Commercial department. We are looking for young dynamic talented individuals for Sales Learnership opportunities at our various regions in CCBSA. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Sales</strong></p>
<p><strong>KEY PURPOSE:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The purpose of this program is to equip learners with the skills to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of how to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process &; implement, execute &; monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area. Learners will complete the National Certificate.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly sales targets.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learn techniques for building long-term relationships with retail partners, distributors, and clients, focusing on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learn and follow CCBSA standards for sales ethics, brand representation, and customer engagement.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist the sales team in the day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager and team leads.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Support the team in developing promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and discussions to promote CCBSA products.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on outcomes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learn about and uphold CCBSA standards of customer service and brand representation.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.</strong></p>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%</strong></p>
<p><strong>Two South African Languages passed with 40%</strong></p>
<p><strong>Diploma/Degree &#8211; Must be business related (Sales/Marketing Advantageous)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Driver&#8217;s Licence </strong></p>
<p><strong>Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization</strong></p>
<p><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be a South African Citizen</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be Employment Equity candidate</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be between 18-35 years of age</strong></p>
<p><strong>Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months learnership program</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must live within the areas mentioned in the advert</strong></p>

<p><strong>A learner embarking on this Qualification needs to obtain a minimum value of 120 credits to qualify for the Qualification; this learnership runs over a period of 12 months.</strong></p>
