<p><strong>Data Admin Clerk</strong></p>
<p><strong>KARAN BEEF Farming (PTY) LTD has the following vacancy at the feedlot in Heidelberg &#8211; Data Admin Clerk.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The successful candidate will be a well-experienced, accurate and administratively strong individual and will be in possession of the following:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Matric – Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification will be to your advantage).</strong></p>
<p><strong>Min of 3 years’ experience in data capturing.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Computer Literate (MS Office Suite, email, scheduling software).</strong></p>
<p><strong>Excel intermediate level (proficient in creating and managing pivot tables, generating graphs, and analysing data in Excel).</strong></p>
<p><strong>Conversant in both English and Afrikaans.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Self-starter.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strong numeracy skills, accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Excellent Administration skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be highly organized.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be able to handle high volume of administrative tasks.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be prepared to work under pressure.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Own vehicle.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Cattle Imports [BLNS SOP]</strong></p>
<p><strong>Annual: Private Veterinarians authorisations &; Site registrations</strong></p>
<p><strong>Monthly: Data capture and physical verification of every load documents &; seals in preparation for and in support of monthly external audit managed by the Authorised Private Veterinarian [KB Staff].</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ad hoc: Request, submit, follow-up and payment processing of Import permits for Heidelberg &; Nigel sites.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2. Cattle Exports [VPN 59 &; Addendums]</strong></p>
<p><strong>Annual: Site registration process</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ad Hoc (Currently 2 days per Week): Extract &; Prepare the Export Preload Review, Export Lots slaughtered and certification documents as prescribed, ready for internal audit &; certification by KARAN BEEF Veterinarians.</strong></p>
<p><strong>3. Health &; Production Data</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist with the preparation of data analysis by weekly extraction of reports &; preparation of spreadsheets for the creation of pivot tables and graphs in Excel. This profile of reports will be nominated by DV, JH, LMK &; HM</strong></p>
<p><strong>Work closely with the veterinary and nutritionist team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to documents and records.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure efficient office operations.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist in any Ad hoc requirements</strong></p>
