The position will also provide relief for staff members who are away on leave.
Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
The Cleaner/Tea Lady will perform a variety of cleaning, housekeeping and refreshment-related duties.
Key responsibilities include cleaning the office building and cutlery according to the established cleaning programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning office toilets, the kitchen and chill room areas.
Another important responsibility is ensuring that cleaning machinery and chemicals are used correctly according to supplier specifications and Material Safety Data Sheets. Cleaning chemicals and equipment must be kept clean and securely locked away when they are not being used.
The successful applicant will also monitor and maintain stock levels of office cleaning materials and report when additional supplies are required.
As part of the Tea Lady responsibilities, the employee will prepare boardrooms for meetings by providing coffee, tea and refreshments. Refreshments must also be properly secured when not in use.
Health and safety will be an important part of the role. The successful candidate must comply with relevant Health and Safety legislation, policies and workplace procedures.

This is a temporary position, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Plaza Manager.
