  • Minimum of 2-3 year’s sales/telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre (Required)
  • Must be computer literate (Email, Internet, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Sound understanding of a dialler system and functions

The Call Centre’s primary responsibility is to provide written and telephonic assistance for all student related general enquiries. Qualifications and experience:

  • Successfully completed Grade 12.
  • Preferably a minimum of 4-6 months experience in a warehouse.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts which includes weekends, public holidays and overnight work.
